How Long Will It Take and How Much Will It Cost to Ship My Order?

If your item is in stock, it will ship within 24 working hours + delivery time. Usually weekends are not included in the delivery period.

What Kind of Guarantee Do You Offer After the Sale?

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, airsoft products and paintballs excluded.

Do You Offer Wholesale, Dealer Discounts?

Yes, we do. We have a flexible discount system for larger orders and individual discount offers. Please contact your customer service representative to discuss a discount amount for your order.

Are there any hidden fees? What do I pay for Shipping and Handling?

There are no hidden fees. All charges show on your invoice at the time of your order

Can I Pay with a Credit Card?

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and Switch. For larger orders payments can be transferred on our bank account.

What is your backorder holding policy?

Manic Paintball will only hold backordered product for maximum of 60 days unless otherwise specified by the customer. Please contact your customer service representative to inform us that you wish to allow the backorder for a longer period. If the product is not in stock by the 60th day of backorder, it will be removed from the order and the remaining product will be shipped out. Exceptions to the policy will be made for specific items and pre-ordering situations.

How do I cancel my order?

You must call us at (44) (0)845-4566581 or email us. Keep in mind that it is not cancelled until you get confirmation from us.
